About me
As a boy, I loved sport and
especially water sports. At the age of 16, I became World Junior Windsurfing Champion and a few years later, I
competed in the World Windsurfing Tour which included moving to
Hawaii to train and race with some of the world’s best sportsmen.
I became increasingly
interested in how to optimize the bodies performance levels while competing and also how to shorten recovery
time from injuries sustained. Because of this, after a few years on the World Tour, I changed my focus
to learning about the human body. I decided to study Chiropractic so I could help others.
Adapting from sportsman to
student was a challenge at first but I found the course fascinating and rewarding. Fully qualified in 2002, I
moved to Dublin, Ireland to seek further experience and there had the privilege of working with Dr. Brett and
Dr. Ward Stevens - two of the finest Chiropractors where I learned many of their techniques.
I returned to South Africa to
open a practice from home on the South Coast, as well as join a larger practice in Durban, at “Health at 202”
on Manning road.
